How do I get started?
We onboard each company personally — we set up your organisation, migrate your existing properties, leases and owners, and train your staff before you go live. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle and are prorated.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout based on your billing address.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. We add Interac e-Transfer support for managed clients on request.
Is my data hosted in Canada?
Yes. All production data is stored in Supabase's ca-central-1 (Montreal) region. We never transfer customer data outside Canada without explicit consent.
