DGM Property Management is software for Alberta property managers and the owners they report to — built around how Alberta property is actually managed, set up personally for each company, and hosted in Canada.
Why DGM exists
Most property management software is built for the United States and adapted for Canada afterwards. DGM started the other way round: with an Alberta management company, its owners, its tenants and its books — and the software grew to fit the work.
That is why one product covers the whole chain: owner onboarding and e-signed agreements, applications and leases, rent and deductions, owner statements, maintenance and inspections, and the company’s own books and payroll — instead of a stack of separate tools.
Each company is set up personally. We create your organisation, bring your existing book across, and train your team before you rely on it. DGM is in its pilot stage, so we work with every company hand to hand.
Your data is hosted in Canada and it stays yours. Reports download in Excel, and we will help you move your records if you ever leave.

Set up personally
A person at DGM sets your company up, brings your book across and trains your team. There is no empty account to fill in on your own.
One system, one record
Every module shares one database and one audit log, so a figure is entered once and read everywhere it is needed.
Data stays in Canada
Your data is stored in Canada and is not moved out of the country without your consent — the exceptions are features you switch on that say so, such as optional invoice reading.

- Customer data is protected by row-level security in the database, on top of the checks in the application
- Access by role: staff, field workers, owners and tenants each see only what their role allows
- A log of changes — who changed what, and when
- Two-step sign-in with a one-time code for staff accounts
- Idle sessions sign out automatically
- Card details are handled by the payment provider; DGM does not store card numbers
- Regular backups, with restore checks
- Encrypted connections everywhere

Your data is stored in Canadian data centres.
Every change on the record
Changes are logged with who made them and when, and a signed lease keeps its signature record.

Security-deposit deadlines are tracked against the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act, and leases are built from an Alberta template your team can edit.
