The Tenant Registry documents incidents attached to a tenancy for the purpose of informed leasing decisions. It is scoped to each organization's own records — it is not a shared, cross-landlord blacklist.
- Incidents are attributed to the staff member who reported them and reviewed under a maker-checker workflow.
- Every search is audit-logged for accountability under Alberta's PIPA.
- Accuracy is the operator's responsibility; subjects may dispute a record and request correction.
